| Summary, etc. | El libro Poscosecha de pera, manzana y melocotón es una guía completa, actual, práctica y asequible sobre las bases y las aplicaciones de las técnicas poscosecha destinadas a mejorar la calidad y la conservación de la fruta.<br/>En el mismo se incluyen aspectos sobre fisiología poscosecha, calidad y madurez de la fruta, almacenamiento en frío y atmósfera controlada, alteraciones, higiene y patología poscosecha, manejo poscosecha del producto y sistemas de gestión de la calidad en centrales. También se incluyen fichas técnicas sobre el manejo poscosecha de las principales variedades, especialmente referentes a parámetros de madurez en cosecha, características de calidad, condiciones para la conservación en frío y/o atmósfera controlada, y consideraciones especiales para cada especie y/o variedad (tales como susceptibilidad a: enfermedades, alteraciones fisiológicas, daños mecánicos, etc.). |
