En la primera parte proporciona conceptos fundamentales de diseño de acueductos y alcantarillados, enseguida desarrolla en forma secuencial las diversas estructuras hidráulicas que conforman un acueducto: captación de agua superficial, abastecimiento de agua subterránea, bombas y estaciones de bombeo, desarenador, cloración, red de distribución, para finalizar con el diseño y construcción del sistema de alcantarillado, tanto sanitario como pluvial. El libro se complementa con precisos cálculos matemáticos desarrollados paso a paso y numerosas figuras y gráficas ilustrativas. |
