| Summary, etc. | En 2014 se cumplirán noventa años desde que Víctor Raúl Haya de la Torre, en el Anfiteatro de la Escuela Nacional Preparatorio de México, formulara por primera vez los conceptos que luego plasmó ´en su artículo Qué es el APRA y más tarde desarrolló en El antiimperialismo y el APRA, en 1928.<br/><br/>En 1954, a tres década de ese hecho, Haya de la Torre publicó Treinta años de aprismo, ensayo en el que reflexiona sobre los cambios de la realidad mundial y del ámbito ideológico, análisis que le permite reafirmar los principios centrales del aprismo, pero actualizados y adaptados realistamente a su época.<br/><br/>En Noventa años de aprismo, el ex presidente Alan García retoma la línea de evolución del pensamiento de Haya y, entendiendo al aprismo como "un marco conceptual abierto y no un catecismo de verdades acabadas", realiza un balance de la larga vida del movimiento, En él no solo analiza las razones para la vigencia del partido y de su ideología, sino que actualiza la doctrina para la realidad del Perú distinto en el que vivimos y formula propuestas sobre el camino que debe recorrer en el futuro.<br/><br/>A lo largo del libro, el ex presidente Alan García reivindican el carácter de "cuerpo teórico coherente y método de análisis realista" del pensamiento aprista y resalta el mérito de Haya de la Torre, quien desde un inicio optó por la democracia social, concepto hacia el cual se dirigen los sistemas políticos actuales en casi todo el orbe.<br/> |
