Los centros logísticos concentran plataformas de empresas en recintos acotados y ofrecen servicios especializados a estas y a sus empleados.<br/>Estas infraestructuras reciben denominaciones diversas: zona de actividades logísticas (ZAL), ciudad de transporte, parque logístico interpuerto, etc.<br/>Este libro analiza dichas infraestructuras, explora sus orígenes, describe sus tipologías y examina las ventajas que ofrecen a las empresas que se instalan en ellas y a los territorios que las acogen.
