| Summary, etc. | El presente texto pretende ofrecer al lector de ciencias agronomicas y/o biológicas un conjunto de experiencias logradas en un cultivo poco estudiado como lo es el loche de lambayeque, y que son producto de las investigaciones realizadas por nuestro equipo en el instituto de biotecnología - área de biología molecular.<br/>Contiene aspectos relacionados a los antecedentes historico - culturales, condiciones de cultivo y agroclimaticas como características de suelo, hidricas y meteorológicas; así como también aspectos genéticos, y de morfología y composición del fruto.<br/>El loche es el cultivo interesante por la potencialidad que tiene para exportar derivados como la harina o pulpa de fruto procesada o en otros casos el mismo fruto, se convierte en un producto que podría permitir mejorar la organización de productores de loche y el estándar de vida del agricultor. |
