En el apartado de usos culinarios de cada planta se ofrecen ideas y sugerencias para su uso en la cocina, maridajes adecuados, partes de la planta a utilizar, etc. Su cultivo en general es fácil y las aromáticas, en comparación con otras plantas, no son muy exigentes en cuanto a cuidados. <br/>Se exponen en el libro una serie de consideraciones generales acerca del cultivo de las plantas, el mantenimiento, la recolección y su conservación. <br/>La parte central de la obra ofrece una ficha detallada de cada planta con su descripción botánica, hábitat y cronología, cultivo, recolección, métodos de conservación, propiedades medicinales, usos culinarios y otras aplicaciones. |
