| Summary, etc. | La presentación de un nuevo libro del Seminario Permanente de Investigación Agraria (SEPIA) -en este caso específico, de Perú: El problema agrario en debate. SEPIA X- es no sólo la culminación de un largo proceso de planificación, organización y desarrollo de la última reunión bienal, llevada a cabo en la ciudad de Pucallpa, Ucayali, entre ,los días 19 y 22 de agosto del año 2003; es, a la vez, un significativo esfuerzo académico y editorial, especialmente de aquellas personas que, a partir de un compromiso con la investigación rigurosa, se constituye en los actores principales de este libro: los y las ponentes. El libro reúne tres ponencias de balance, sobre los temas de política agraria y desarrollo rural sostenible; ciudadanía, institucionalidad y gobernabilidad en la sociedad rural; y la diversidad como actividad para el desarrollo, complementadas con doce ponencias presentadas en mesas de trabajo y referidas a los temas señalados. |
