Este texto no pretende ser uno más. <br/><br/>Sí constituye, en cambio, una especie de guía y manual, tanto para el entrenador principiante como para <br/><br/>el practicante, que le permite confeccionar un plan de entrenamiento para una temporada y realizarlo en <br/><br/>forma de sesiones de entrenamiento sobre el campo. <br/><br/>Este libro pretende ofrecer estímulos para ampliar el caudal de ideas propias y como complemento a los <br/><br/>programas de entrenamiento elaborados por cada uno. Intenta ofrecer ayudas al entrenador y al preparador<br/><br/>físico, especialmente en aquéllas áreas donde el tiempo disponible no es suficiente para valorar la <br/><br/>gran cantidad de literatura especializada existente en torno al tema "fútbol" y aplicarla al propio <br/><br/>trabajo práctico. |
