En los primeros capítulos se refiere a la elaboración del vino, cerveza y sidra, sin profundizar demasiado. Hay que tener en cuenta que, por ejemplo, el alcohol del vino es la base del brandy. Posteriormente se entra en profundidad en los contenidos y con amplitud en la elaboración de las verdaderas bebidas alcohólicas de alta graduación: ginebra, ron, vodka, brandy, whisky, anises, tequila, licores, etc. |
