| Summary, etc. | El método de expresión corporal que se expone en este libro parte de una base técnica de trabajo corporal de la escuela alemana. Sus bases constituyeron la formación de la autora, catedrática de Expresión Corporal de la Real Escuela Superior de Arte Dramático de Madrid y directora de teatro gestual, y son las mismas sobre las que ha desarrollado y ampliado el método a lo largo de más de treinta años de experiencia pedagógica e investigadora. La evolución requerida por el contexto cultural y humano en el que durante esos años se ha desarrollado su trabajo ha favorecido y ayudado a ampliar el alcance y la proyección del método. Uno de los objetivos ha sido ahondar más en la esencia misma de la expresión y de la comunicación, así como elaborar y crear nuevos caminos para que el alumno no sólo disponga de los conocimientos necesarios para el control y manejo corporal, sino también para que pueda desarrollar creativamente su imaginación, su propio lenguaje, su capacidad de relación y captación de estímulos, ya sean auditivos, rítmicos, visuales, de composición o relaciones espaciales, así como la recepción y transmisión de estados emocionales y climas colectivos. |
