| Summary, etc. | Geografía política de la sierra centro (1861-1899)<br/><br/>Parlamento y sociedad en el Perú (1860-1899), de Pablo Macera, reúne en cuatro volúmenes la segunda serie de documentos sobre la configuración de la geografía política nacional, correspondiente a la segunda mitad del siglo XIX.<br/>Los expedientes seleccionados por Macera son ilustrativos de mayor estabilidad de los diseños departamentales sobre los de otras obras circunscripciones menores, Macera destaca también el dinamismo de los distritos y pueblo pequeños: en estos, la conciencia colectiva sobre el manejo de sus correspondientes espacios era muy aguda.<br/>Según los m,as altos fines del congreso de la república, esta base documental, que hoy alcanza a cubrir todo el siglo XIX, sera una fuente muy valiosa para el conocimiento de su historia institucional. Para los historiadores y demás científicos sociales, constituirá sin duda el desarrollo del conocimiento sobre otros temas relacionados con el vinculo entre el poder Legislativo y la demarcación política nacional. |
