En "los milagros no existen para salir de la pobreza", se explica cómo determinados paradigmas y modelos mentales anacrónicos le han hecho mucho daño a millones de personas. Sin duda, los políticos son los grandes responsables, pero no son los unicos; entre otros estan algunos lideres de opinion empresarios y la sociedad civil. Se resisten a escapar de la opresión de sus formas de pensar y d comprender la realidad. En el Perú, como en otros países latinoamericanos, existen: Truhanes, aventureros, mesías, dictadores; aquellos que aprovechan la ignorancia de la población y ofrecen soluciones amgicasa los problemas de los países pobres.
