La competencia que afrontan las empresas de diferentes sectores y la necesidad de obtener resultados inmediatos han convulsionado el mundo de los negocios y deteriorado la relación proveedor-comprador. Sin embargo, la función de compras sigue siendo una actividad de continuo contacto entre proveedores y compradores, exige una adecuada y eficiente preparación de cada una de las partes. <br/><br/>Este trabajo es de gran utilidad en programas universitarios de gerencia y marketing y como texto guía en las cátedras de compras y negociación, también dirigido a compradores, vendedores y personas de marketing, escrito en un lenguaje sencillo, práctico y didáctico, tiene como objetivo ayudar a crear un nuevo estilo de negociación en el que se imponga una filosofía de, cooperación, respeto, transparencia, claridad y equidad entre las partes. Se propende, por un trabajo en equipo entre proveedores y compradores en beneficio de las empresas que representan. |
