| Summary, etc. | En los últimos 25 años el avance tecnológico ha permitido que muchos procesos anteriormente considerados muy laboriosos se conviertan en actividades cotidianas en el análisis de datos. Actualmente la gran cantidad de información que se recolecta a diario hace necesario que el proceso de su análisis sea realizado con mayor rapidez y con una mayor cantidad de datos. Dentro de este quehacer diario se hace imprescindible el uso de herramientas estadísticas que permitan generar información confiable para la toma de decisiones. El presente texto muestra los fundamentos teóricos básicos en los cuales se sustentan los procedimientos estadísticos, y su aplicación mediante casos prácticos que permiten una comprensión sencilla de los mismos. Asimismo, se muestra el uso de los programas Excel, Minitab y SPSS para el procesamiento estadístico de datos. |
