Summary, etc.	Las partes básicas de la técnica de estudio de casos son el informe del caso como punto de partida y eje de toda actividad, el estudio de los hechos y la discusión. En esta tÃ¨cnica el caso puede referirse a un incidente, conflicto o problema individual, entre dos o más personas, al interior de un grupo, en una organización, por ejemplo, una beneficencia privada, empresa, institución pública, o en la comunidad. El tópico o contenido del caso puede considerar la inmensa gama de asuntos humanos: ecologÃ¬a, relaciones humanas, seguridad, disciplina, tecnologÃ¬a, arte, familia, medicina, valores, etcétera.Con esta particular estrategia de trabajo grupal, se pretende dotar a los docentes de los conocimientos teórico-prácticos para que hagan de su trabajo un ámbito de reflexión, análisis y discusión informada, dirigida a satisfacer las necesidades individuales y sociales de los educandos; a la vez que estimula la toma de decisiones de los miembros del grupo, facilita la interacción profesor-alumno y la aplicación de los conocimientos adquiridos.
