En ello se puede apreciar el talento, la profundidad del raciocinio, el dominio del idioma castellano unido al len guaje lugareños. Estas cualidades son tanto mas asombrosas cuando proviene de un joven nacido en entonces lejana e incomunicada ciudad de huánuco, capital departamental que en aquel entonces, no contaba con instituciones culturales, nisiquiera bibliotecas publicas ni privadas. |
