Summary, etc.	El profesor Dominguez Tejero es publicista bien conocido en los medios técnicos, y sus tratados de topografía general han servido para la formación de muchas promociones de ingenieros.<br/>Vinculado a la enseñanza desde hace mas de veinte años, goza justa forma entre el alumnado de una gran claridad y concisión.<br/>Ello explica la necesidad de hacer una tercera edición de su tratado muy poco tiempo después de haberse producido la segunda, y, claro esta, que en esta nueva, que se presenta, se ha aprovechado la ocasión por el profesor Dominguez para mejorar, en cuanto ha sido posible, el original y muy especialmente para introducir todas las ultimas modificaciones técnicas y la explicación del empleo de los aparatos y métodos de ultima hora.<br/>
