| Summary, etc. | En casi toso los países industriales del mundo, las empresas están aplicando las normas ISO 9000 como una forma de demostrar su compromiso en la calidad de sus productores y servicios, y como un soporte para incursionar en el mercado global; pues al adquirirla categoría de compañías certificadas experimentan incrementos en la efectividad de los procesos internos y obtienen mejores oportunidades de negocios.<br/>Desarrollada por el Comite Tecnico ISO/TC de la organización Internacional de Normalizacion, ISO 9001: 2000 es un sistema de gestión de la calidad que establece los métodos para administrar con eficacia los procesos operativos de una empresa, ya que permite el mejoramiento continuo, refuerza la corrección y previene los defectos; de manera que se tenga la capacidad de producir bienes y servicios que satisfagan las necesidades de los clientes, todo ellos en forma documentada que demuestre el cumplimiento de los requisitos.<br/>las organizaciones que pretenden obtener certificación y registro en la norma, así como las que están certificadas, deben proporcionar a sus empleados materiales de consulta, pues el contenido no solo dará a les reforzara los conocimientos acerca de la norma, sino que por medio de ellos también podrán adquirir mayor información sobre diversos temas relacionados con la calidad.<br/> |
