| Summary, etc. | Si las ciencias sociales son blandas (en el sentido de los científicos físico-naturales) se debe a dos factores: uno, a la gran cantidad de variables intervinientes y a sus efectos de retroalimentación. Después de dos siglos de empleo del analítico y antisistémico ceteribus paribus, las computadoras hicieron posible la correlación multivariada y lo enterraron; pero los economistas no consiguieron el propósito de descubrir qué sucedía al final de la serie, luego de transcurrido un tiempo. Las computadoras tampoco les pusieron el futuro en sus manos. <br/>Este libro consiste en un compendio actualizado de todas las técnicas que se han logrado mediante el método de pensar sistémico y estratégico. Este método, en manos de deterministas ¿sean éstos ingenieros o expertos en ciencias sociales¿ los conduce hacia el racionalismo para tratar el sentido en que se orientan estos fenómenos, casi inasibles, porque los seres humanos siempre procuran evadirse de cualquier tipo de encasillamiento intelectual. |
